Manitou

Manitou is a new strategy card game. Made in Michigan.

The goal of Manitou is to own the most populated island. An island is a grouping of cards of the same color which share at least one adjoining edge. The number in the center of each card represents its population and the population of an island is the sum of all the cards that make up the island.

Manitou’s three types of specialty cards (the whirlpool, the lighthouse, and the bridge) add additional strategic elements to the game. Use whirlpools to attack, lighthouses to defend, and bridges to unite.
